ArchBishop Professor Mugume Bagambaki Richard

ArchBishop Professor Mugume Bagambaki Richard is the Chancellor of AUU International, statutorily appointed by the AUU International Charter. ArchBishop Professor Mugume Bagambaki Richard, (2006) is considered the most widely translated Ugandan author, his works having been published in more than 160 languages across the world. He wrote more than 100,000 pages on a wide variety of spiritual and practical topics, guided, helped and inspired by the Holy Spirit. He exalts Christ Jesus and points to the Scriptures as the basis of one’s faith.

He was elevated to Full Professor in 2019 and holds a PhD in Theology and Bibliology from Ghana Pentecostal University, PhD in Metaphysics and Divinity from, San Diego State University, Master’s Degree in WICCA from, (Atlanta Georgia). Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Religious Education and Divinity from San Diego State University, Bachelor degree in School of ministries, from United Kingdom, Diploma in school of ministries from United Kingdom, Diploma in practical English from United Kingdom London, Certificate in Leadership of training trainers from Leadership Training International USA. Certificate in Leadership, from Philippians Christian Fellowship, Certificate in Block laying and concrete practice from St. Joseph’s Technical Institute Fort Portal. Certificate in community Policing and Crime prevention from Uganda Police Force.

He was Consecrated Bishop, by Ixthus Church Council London England on 17 September 2010, Ordained Pastor, by Universal Life Church USA on 10 February 2004. With other certificates in many fields.

Bishop Professor Mugume Bagambaki Richard is married to one wife, with two Biological boys: Joseph, Moses, and one beautiful girl Esther. Was baptized by immersion, discipled in Uganda and then, letter he joined various Bible Colleges and Christian Institutions. He is an ordained Principle Pastor (By Universal life church Monastery (USA), consecrated Bishop by His Eminence, the Most Rt. Rev. Arch Bishop Abraham Evangelou from Ixthus Church Council England London.

He is the founding Director / President of Upper City Covenant Churches Uganda, Africa and global movement church planter, founder of Upper City Covenant Seminary and theological Bible College (UCCSAT) University, vocational and technical institutes, a mission driven church, was called and sent by Jesus Christ in Kampala Uganda-East Africa and beyond heading to the ends of the world. His works through writing, preaching, establishing Christian entrepreneurship as Micro-finance scheme, savings and credit cooperative society, farming and animal raring, working with children (orphans, widows and aged elderly at risk program) etc, has changed people's lives and transformed their communities at international level.
He is the Founder and first President of Upper City Covenant Churches by Constitution, Senator President of Upper City Covenant Churches and prisiding Bishop in the House of Bishops council at Upper City Covenant Churches.

He is the President and Chancellor of Upper City Covenant Seminary and Theological Bible Collage (UCCSAT) University, which trains and equips people with awards from certificate to Doctorate Degree's in both 42 faculties in seculer and religeous faculties. His Seminary under UCCSAT University train's Church leaders and their congregations, Ordains and Consecrates church ministers (Pentecostals), gives international Ministerial License to called out ministers, tutor and trainer of Sunday School teachers and trainer of the trainees. He loves Children ministry, Bible teacher and expositor, author of various Christian literatures and his major focus is foundations of Christian faith.
